Closet Creators Inc.’s closets are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects for the original retail purchaser for as long as he/she owns the product. Closet Creators will repair or replace any part of your closet(s) found to be defective in its workmanship, materials or installation without any charge to you, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The closet(s) must have been measured and installed by a Closet Creators representative.
- The closet(s) cannot have been altered in any way and must have been properly maintained and cleaned.
- The closet(s) must have been used only as an interior product and only in the space it was originally purchased for and installed in.
This warranty does not include damage caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, and direct exposure to salty air, water or corrosive material.
In no event will Closet Creators Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
All accessories and hardware purchased through Closet Creators Inc. will be backed by a one-year replacement warranty for the original retail purchaser (above conditions apply).
